The villa with an area of 120 m2 is on one level . It has a vast stay, an opened kitchen equipped, a dinning area for 8 people and relaxation area with television . The main room opens directly on to a large terrace is home to the sun by a pergola or it is also possible to eat with a table able to accommodate 8 people, with direct access to to the swimming pool. The terrace allows to enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and neighboring island.

The villa has 4 rooms, one with seaview and direct access to the swimming pool . The other 3 rooms have seen on the surrounding countryside and its surprising rocks. The villa is also equipped with 2 bathrooms with shower, toilets and washing machine. Its neat decoration and its bright colors will bring dynamism and energy to your stay .
